Directions:
Step 1 -
Open one jump ring and add one half of magnetic clasp, close jump ring.
Repeat with other half of clasp. Set aside.
Step 2 -
Cut three 12" pieces of Beadalon. String one Beadalon through two crimp
beads, loop through one jump ring (from step one), back through the crimp
beads. Using a crimp tool crush the crimps. Repeat this step to attach
second and third Beadalon strands.
Step 3 -
String each strand with seven inches of the Miyuki Mix in random order.
As you finish a strand place a piece of tape on the end which will hold
the beads tightly together.
Step 4 -
For this step you will need an extra pair of hands. Do not let
go of the strands until they are attached to the jump ring/clasp.
Have someone hold the jump ring end. Now take one taped end and turn
the strand counter clockwise eight full turns. You will be turning
the tape/wire, not the beads. Now have your extra pair of hands hold
this twisted strand. Repeat with second and third strand. Now
take the three strands back, hold them together and twist the three strands
clockwise onto and around each other for about ten twists. HOLD ON
TO THE TAPED ENDS!
Step 5 -
Take one taped end at a time, add two crimps, loop through other jump
ring from step one, back through the crimp beads, and crush the crimps.
Repeat this with second and third strand. Done! |
