Rose Hearts Necklace
How can you go wrong with hearts and crystals? We have made this beautiful necklace with our rose Swarovski crystals and our rose quartz puff hearts, all accented with sterling silver beads and chain. The approximate length is 23 ¾ inches, not including the tassels. The longest of the tassels measures 2 inches. If you would like a shorter necklace you can change the length by using less chain.

Materials:

Tools you will need (change quantity to 1 if you need them):

Directions for Necklace:
Step 1. Onto each of 6 Eye Pins place 1 Silver Round, 1 Clear Crystal, 1 Rose Crystal, 1 Silver Round, 1 Heart, 1 Silver Round, 1 Rose

Crystal, 1 Clear Crystal, and 1 Silver Round. Using a Side Cutter cut off the excess Eye Pin leaving approximately 3/16". Using Flat Nose Pliers, bend the 3/16" piece of wire 90°. With the Round Nose Pliers, carefully bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop, and close it tightly.
Step 2. Twist open a Jump Ring and insert into the bottom loop of the Heart Drop and then the top loop of another Heart Drop and then twist the Jump Ring Closed. Continue connecting in this manner until you have 3 Heart Drops connected together.
Step 3. Repeat Step 2 for the other 3 Drops. All the Hearts should be facing with the pointed end in one direction.
Step 4. Twist open the bottom loops of the bottom Drops and place the large loop of the Figure Eight onto the loops and twist closed. Your necklace should be connected now with a Figure Eight.
Step 5. Cut your Chain into 2 equal halves. Twist open the top loop of the top Drop and insert the Chain. Twist the loop closed. Repeat for other side.
Step 6. Twist open a Jump Ring and place into the end of the Chain and the loop of the Clasp. Twist closed.

Directions for Tassels:
Step 1. Onto a Head Pin place 1 Silver Round, 1 Clear Crystal, 1 Rose Crystal, 1 Silver Round, 1 Heart, 1 Silver Round, 1 Rose Crystal, 1 Clear Crystal, and 1 Silver Round. Set aside.
Step 2. Onto a Head Pin place 1 Silver Round, 1 Heart, 1 Silver Round, 1 Rose Crystal, 1 Clear Crystal and 1 Silver Round. Set aside.
Step 3. Onto a Head Pin place 1 Silver Round, 1 Heart and 1 Silver Round.
Step 4. For each Head Pin, using flat nose pliers, bend the 3/16" piece of wire 90°. Using a Wire Cutter cut off the excess pin leaving approximately 3/16" on each. Using Round Nose Pliers, bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop, and close tightly.
Step 5. Twist open 3 Jump Rings and place one on each of the top loops of the Drops.
Step 6. Attach the two shortest Drops to the large loop of the Figure Eight with the Jump Rings and twist closed each Jump Ring.
Step 7. Attach the longest Drop onto the smallest loop of the Figure Eight with the Jump Ring and then twist the Jump Ring closed. Enjoy!
