• Adding to an Existing Order:
If you ask to add items to an existing order, it will be treated as a new order.  Shipping and Handling, small order fees, etc. will apply.

•  Phone Orders, Fax or Email Orders:
- Before you call, please have all your information ready!!!  Besides your shipping and payment information, we will need the item numbers and quantity that you need.
- Email order should include all necessary information (your name, address, phone number or email address, item numbers and quantities, etc.).
- You can fax in your order, just make sure to include all the information mentioned above.  Our printable order form can also be faxed in.  Our fax number is 215-658-1191.
- You may also snail mail your order in.  If you wish to mail in your order, feel free to use our printable order form.

• Payment: 
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and money orders at this time.
- You may receive a phone call to verify your credit card information.  We randomly call customers as an extra precaution to protect against stolen credit cards.

• Overpayment, Substitutions & Backorders:
- If we are out of an item we will send substitutions, not refunds.  We typically substitute or include an extra of an item you already ordered.
- We only backorder when we know an item will be back in stock in about 10 days or less.
- Backorders are charged the same day we charge the rest of your order.
- We invite you to include a note (in the comments section of your order form) about what items you would like if we need to substitute for another item.

• 30 Day Guarantee
We pride ourselves on selling to you the best quality beads and supplies we have to offer. Our merchandise is checked over carefully before it is sent out to you...so if it's good enough to send out to you, it's good enough for us to take back!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges and the Small Order Fee are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless we made an error in filling your order.

• Return Policy:
- Send the unaltered/unopened items along with a copy of your invoice within 30 days.  Shipping and handling charges and the Small Order Fee are not refundable.  Be sure to include a written explanation of why you are returning the items so we can serve you better in the future.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless we made an error in filling your order.
- We do not accept returns on books.
- If you paid by credit card, we will apply the credit to the card you used.  If you paid by money order, we will send you a check.
- Please make sure your items are properly packaged for return.  Broken packages/items will be returned to you.
