• International:
We ship via United States Postal Service Airmail (no tracking) to arrive in 5-25 business days after leaving our warehouse.
All taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders under $20.00 pay $2.00 shipping and handling plus a $5.00 Outside the USA fee.
Orders $20.00 or more pay only the $5.00 Outside the USA fee.
Please note:  Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy packages.  We will contact you, to get your okay, before any additional charges are added to your order.

• Federal Express:
FedEx Overnight shipping is available for an additional $35.00 fee and will arrive by the end of the next business day when your order is placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 1pm Eastern Time Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped the next business day. This does not include holidays or days that our warehouse is closed. We do not ship International orders via FedEx.

• Phone or Fax Orders:
- Call us toll free at 1-888-SHOP-ETC or 215-658-1711 to place an order over the phone.
- Orders can be placed using our our printable order form - fax completed form to 215-658-1191 or mail to our address listed at the bottom of each page on our website.

• Payment: 
- We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders.
- We do not accept personal/business checks, bank drafts, or purchase orders.
- To pay with PayPal, use our shopping cart to place your order and after checking out you will receive a total and an order reference number.  Then, log in to PayPal, select "Send Money" and send your payment to paypal@eebeads.com.  Please include the order reference number that you got at the end of the shopping cart process.
- You may receive a phone call to verify your credit card information. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address(es) are on file with your credit card company.

• Substitutions & Backorders:
- If an item is out of stock, we will send substitute item(s) selected from other items in your order. Please specify if you do not want substitutions or what item you would prefer be used as a substitution.
- Backorders will be placed when we know an item will be back in stock in about 10 days or less.
- Backorders are charged the same day we charge the rest of your order.

• Adding to an Existing Order or Combining Orders:
- Once you have placed your order, it is considered to be final.  We do not add on to a completed order, please place another order if you forgot something.  For your convenience, the shopping cart will hold it's contents for up to 60 days so feel free to take your time when ordering.
- If you place more than one order, we may ship them together but they will still be considered separate orders for purposes of calculating shipping costs.

• Return/Exchange Policy:
We want you to be delighted (not just happy) with your purchase from eebeads.com, but if you aren't, return items within 30 days of shipment of your order we will gladly refund (or exchange) your purchase price of your returned items with the following exceptions:
- Items must be unaltered/unopened and must include a copy of your invoice.  A note why you're returning/exchanging would be appreciated.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Contact us or include a note if you would like to exchange unaltered/unopened items in your order.
- We do not accept returns on books, sale items or chain.
- If you paid by credit card, we will apply the credit to the card you used. If you paid by money order, we will send you a check.
- Please make sure your items are properly packaged for return. Broken packages/items will not be accepted.

• Gift Certificates are available on this page.

• Wholesale:
 We do not offer any wholesale/bulk pricing at this time. But keep in mind, many of our items are available in larger packs or strands at 20% off the smaller package price.

• Website Typographical Errors:
eebeads has made every effort to offer the most current, correct and clearly expressed information possible. However, there may be information on this website that contains inaccuracies, typographic and other errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, eebeads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. eebeads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, eebeads shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
